Hartland Smilemakers are true to their name. From the moment you walk into their office, you absorb the warm and inviting surroundings. Friendly greetings from the staff, beautiful live plants and a lit fireplace fills the room. Promptly brought into a room, we were greeted by Dr. Ryan Miller. He is wonderful! He is professional, kind and genuinely concerned about our dental needs; making our experience pain free..We are very grateful and healthier because of his expertise, service and compassion to help us. My husband and I started being Dr. Ken's patients in the early 1970's, and we have loved being with him. Our daughters have grown up with him as their dentist and he has never failed to give all of us the very best dental care. He has been caring, meticulous and always up to date with the newest ideas and technology in dental care. I thought there would never be anyone who could replace him as the best dentist, but his son, Dr. Chris is exactly like his dad. Dr. Ryan is right in with the McDaniel tradition of excellence. I have recommended this practice to many people throughout the years and never heard a single complaint. Great for kids, great for all of us grown ups, too! (Laurie I.)

I was told that I needed a root canal. I was petrified!! I am a high anxiety dental person! All of the dentists are wonderful, but I feel particularly comfortable with one. They honored my request for that dentist. When I arrived, they worked so gently and assuredly, that I actually fell asleep while they worked on me. I had minimal pain afterwards and the doctor even called my home to see if I was ok. I can't say enough for Hartland Smilemakers!! (Judy T.)
